By using glenrieta.com, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, the simplest option is to not use the site.
What this site is
This is a personal portfolio for Glen Rieta, a web developer based in Batangas, Philippines. It exists to show real work and make it easy to get in touch. Nothing on it is a guarantee of specific results for your own project.
No client relationship until there's an agreement
Browsing this site, messaging through the contact form, or reaching out on Messenger, Facebook, or Instagram does not create a client relationship, a contract, or any obligation on either side. Actual paid work is only covered once we've both agreed on scope, price, and timeline separately, in writing.
Case studies and project descriptions
The case studies on this site describe real projects as accurately as I can. Business names mentioned belong to those businesses. Screenshots and descriptions reflect the state of a project at the time they were written and may not reflect how a site looks or works today, since client sites continue to change after launch.
Intellectual property
The design, layout, and written content of this site belong to Glen Rieta unless stated otherwise. You're welcome to link to it. Copying the site's design or copy wholesale for your own use isn't.
External links
This site links to real client sites and social platforms I don't control. I'm not responsible for their content, availability, or how they handle your data once you leave glenrieta.com.
No warranty
This site is provided as it is. I try to keep it accurate and working correctly, but I can't guarantee it will be error-free or available at every moment.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, I'm not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of this site. This doesn't affect any separate contract terms for actual client work.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

If these terms change in any meaningful way, I'll update the date at the top of this page.
